Lisa is a really intuitive and down to earth yoga teacher whose classes are challenging but you’re not left thinking you’ve failed if you didn’t quite strike the right pose. I always feel reinvigorated and ready for the rest of the day ahead after her class.

Lisa makes everyone feel very relaxed and welcome during the classes. She is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. I always thoroughly enjoy every lesson. I have suffered a few knee problems but Lisa always makes sure I can continue to participate by offering alternative exercises. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I always loved the idea of yoga and knew it was something I should be doing especially as I do lots of weights and high intensity workouts. However, whenever I went to a class I never stuck at it for long because I wasn’t very flexible and felt I would never be able to get to do the poses like the instructor. However, 2 years ago I decided to give it another go and went to Lisas class. I loved it from day 1 because Lisa has shown me all that yoga is and not what I perceived it to be. I’m still not super flexible and that’s okay because it doesn’t stop me doing yoga and feeling the benefits of it. Yoga with Lisa is a really important part of my week so thank you Lisa for being an amazing teacher and keeping it real.

I’m not a natural yogi, but keeping fit and healthy is important to me. I practice yoga as it makes me feel strong, centred and calm. Since attending Lisa’s classes I have changed my opinion that I need to be super coordinated and flexible to be able to take part. The professionalism and consideration that Lisa includes as part of her class check-ins demonstrates what a true expert she is and she can adapt and advise how to improve flexibility and manage any niggles we have with our bodies safely. She is so friendly and puts you at ease and gives you permission to adapt the exercises to suit your level of fitness, agility and age so that everyone can join in and make progress. Lisa is approachable, knowledgable and fun! I always feel better both physically and mentally after her class.  Knowing that I’ve done something positive to take care of my wellbeing. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone is is considering pilates or yoga.
